BLUE MOUSE and CRYSTAL BEGINNER

For children over 5 years old, total beginners or already initiated, the pleasure of sliding is discovered directly on green slopes.

I have already been to kindergarden.
I slide down in the snowplow position.

CRYSTAL - BRONZE CRYSTAL CLASS 1

To perfect your snowplow, improve your balance and gain a little more speed on green and blue slopes.
I choose this course if :

• I ski on green slopes.
• I take small ski lifts.
• I slide down with somme speed.
• I cross the slopes with parallel skis and speed.

Silver Crystal class 2

To switch from snowplow to parallel skis, to wander all the blue slopes and discover red slopes, skidding will be your friend.
I choose this course if :

• I ski all the blue slopes.
• I take almost all the ski lifts.
• I slide across the slope without slipping.
• I finish my turns with a little side-skid.

Vermeil and Gold Crystal Class 3

The hollows and bumps of the Pra loup boardercross will have no secrets for you. Hitting all the red slopes will be your goal with the discovery of carving.

• I ski all the red slopes.
• I take all the ski lifts.
• I can side-slide well.
• I turn with my skis almost parallel.
• I like to go fast.

Diamond Crystal and Giants Class 4 - Competition

Speed goes to your head, competition attracts you: come and challenge the timer.
Training, technical work and skiing on all types of snow, depending on snow conditions.

• I ski the black slopes.
• I can control my speed on all the slopes with parallel skis.
• I like doing Slalom and I would like to perfect my skills in this discipline.

DIAMOND CRYSTAL AND RUNS FREESTYLE

You dream about FREERide and FREE Style ! You are at least 10 years old and have the GOLD CRYSTAL level : then this course is for you.
The slope's edges and the snowpark will be your playgrounds.  The course focus on perfecting skiing on diverse grounds.
To measure your progress at the end of the week, you will take the "Run" test.

• I can control my speed on all the slopes with parallel skis.
• I love bumps and jumps.

Mini-Board SNOWBOARD BEGINNER from 10 years old

Snowboarding lessons are necessary to get started quickly and decrease the risk of injury due to bad falls.
I choose this course if :

• I have never snowboarded and I’m at least 10 years old.
• I am not independent on green slopes.

Bronze BOARD Class 1

I choose this course if :

• I slide in a direct track.
• I side-slide in dead/falling leaf and skewed back/front.
• I take beginnerl ski-lifts.
• I board on green slopes.

Silver Board Class 2

I choose this course if :

• I can turn right and left.
• I can do continuous side-slide turns.
• I can board on blue slopes.

• I snowboard everywhere.
• I would like to perfect my turns and do Off-piste and Freestyle.
